It seems so basic doesn’t it? If you think you can do something, then you can (or you will learn how). If you think you can’t do something, then you can’t (and will not attempt to learn how). But your or a child’s self-efficacy has a huge impact of whether or not “you think you can”.

This course outlines what builds self-efficacy and what practical steps you can take, both at home and at school, to improve children’s self-efficacy.
